Protective current transformers with circular primary conductor bushing or with busbar window for primary rated currents from 100 A to 6,000 A, secondary rated current 5 A or 1 A, in protection classes 5P(n) and 10P(n), PX.
Protective current transformers are used to control protective relays, which have the task of disconnecting downstream circuits in the event of an overcurrent. For these relays to function safely, a proportional transfer behaviour of the transformer up to a multiple of the rated current is required. The dimensioning of this transformer design ensures proportional current transmission up to a multiple of the rated current determined by the protection class.
As an option, primary conductor rails (electrolytic copper, nickel-plated) can be supplied according to the rail window, including DIN 933 screws, complete with nuts, washers and spring washers for mounting in busbars or similar.
